How long is the Called & Confident CEO Coaching Program?
Called & Confident CEO coaching is a live coaching experience that runs 6 months total. The first 12 weeks are an intensive time of learning and implementing. Following the intensive period, there are 3 Bonus monthly calls (months 4,5,6) for continued goal setting, support and strategy and accountability.
Will I get Ongoing Support during the Coaching Program?
Yes, absolutely! In addition to the 27 calls, you will have access to the Called & Confident CEO community members as well as me through our private Slack channel. This is a place for support, problem solving, feedback and short bursts of coaching.
How do I know if this is right for me?
Called & Confident CEO is for you if you are a female entrepreneur and have a service-based business. You have a current service that you have sold, have not sold over $100K of this service, are feeling stuck and broke in your business and willing to dig deep and build your best self, the best business and best life. This is not for you if you are a man, you already have 6-figures of sales from that service, you are not willing to be vulnerable, dig deep and receive feedback. This is not for you if you are not willing to do the work on yourself and in your business.
How is this different from other coaching programs?
There are many different types of coaching programs, from Masterminds to 1:1 coaching to an Evergreen model. A mastermind drives improvements in the business through implementation of solutions ranging from mindset to processes. This model is different from a mastermind in that this program was designed to walk you through your business journey with a focus on getting results, not just solutions. While you get the support from the community similar to a mastermind, your focus will be intently on working on building your business so that you can make money. Within this community you will be able to build a support system that are all going through the same pieces of refining their business and processes at the same time. This creates an environment ready to foster new ideas to implement and the support and accountability to make it happen.
